Cigun

Zemgale Health Center offers to participate in Cigun gymnastics classes. It is a recovery exercise system that helps to organize a person's thinking and teaches them to live in harmony with themselves and the world around them. Exercise complexes are based on flowing movements, proper breathing and ordering thoughts.
