Dear Patients,
To improve service quality and work as efficiently as possible, SIA “Zemgales veselības centrs” has introduced automated reminder calls (robocalls) to notify patients about upcoming appointments or examinations.
Starting from May 20, a new phone number will be used for these reminder calls.
Please note: Calls will come from 63084626.
How robocalls work:
Robocalls are made two days prior to the scheduled appointment.
The call will state the date and time of the appointment.
The patient will be asked to choose one of the following options:
- Confirm the appointment
- Cancel the appointment
- Reschedule the appointment
After making a selection, the patient will receive a confirmation SMS indicating whether the appointment has been confirmed or canceled, along with the relevant date and time.
If the system fails to reach the patient on the first attempt, a second call will be made a few hours later. If unsuccessful again, a third and final attempt will be made after another interval.
If none of the three call attempts are successful, the patient will still receive an SMS with the appointment details (date and time).
Important Reminders:
Consultations with specialists and diagnostic appointments are available by prior booking only
(except X-rays and laboratory tests, which do not require prior booking).

Appointments can also be made online via the center’s website:

We also recommend using the e-Health kiosk for booking.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it in advance.
You can cancel your appointment using the same “Book an Appointment” section on our website by selecting the "Cancel Appointment" option.
